CUSTOM MADE FURNITURE

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
As each piece furniture from the Wood Room has been hand crafted to your specific size and finish, an order may or may not be altered or changed depending on how far it has progressed in production. Once your order has been confirmed and proceeded to production, any request for changes must be sent in writing. The Wood Room will do their best to assist in helping with changes but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Changes to custom made furniture will incur an alteration fee.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed any cancellation request must be sent in writing. As each furniture piece is handcrafted to your specific fabric and finish choices, cancellation will incur charges which vary dependent on the status of production and how far the order has progressed.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
As all our furniture is made to order to your specifications in terms of size and finish, The Wood Room can not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind or due to colour variation in timber or grain variation or appearance of naturally occurring knots in the timber or any other variations due to timber being a natural product.

DEPOSIT AND DELIVERY
A 50% deposit is required in order to commence production. By paying your 50% deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions which appear on the bottom of the invoice. The balance is payable prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid in full before delivery of goods. Furniture remains the property of The Wood Room Furniture until final payment has been received. You are welcome to come and view your furniture in our factory prior to final payment and delivery.

HOMEWARES, DINING CHAIRS AND STOOLS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Wood Room do not accept returns or offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect items purchased. If you are unsure about your purchase prior to ordering, please email info@thewoodroom.com.au and we can provide you with images of colour samples or visit our showroom, where we happily provide loan products and samples, including colour swatches, dining chairs, stools, linen swatches and rug samples in order to assist you in making the correct decision with your purchase.

FAULTY HOMEWARES, DINING CHAIRS AND STOOLS
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact The Wood Room within 7 days of receiving your goods. The Wood Room will replace any damaged or faulty goods.
